Ham Products

All ham products are handmade using traditional cures, use locally sourced sow stall free pigs are wood smoked and gluten free.

Ham off the Bone (Half)

Traditional Christmas half ham ranging in size from 3kg to 5kg.

Ham on Bone (Full)

Traditional Fully Smoked Christmas Ham ranging in size from 6kg to 9kg using beechwood chips, pineapple and maple cured.

Ham Boneless (Full)

Awarded best ham off the bone in Victoria, double smoked leg ham ranging in size from 2.5kg to 4kg. Great for pizzas.

Fresh Sausages

All fresh sausages are hand made using natural skins and only fresh herbs and spices. This is a selection of our flavours, not all flavours are available all of the time but can be made on order. All sausages available in bulk quantities or case ready pre-packs.
