Christmas  Glazed Ham Recipe

Ingredients

Half a cup of Brown Sugar
80ml maple syrup
80ml honey
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Instructions

Pre-heat oven 10 170 degrees

Mix all of the ingredients

Remove the rind from the ham then score in a criss cross pattern, don’t score too deep. Press a clove into each of the cross sections of the scoring.

Brush one third of the glaze over the ham. Reduce oven heat to 120 degrees cook in the oven (or even on the weber) for an hour and half, re-glazing half an hour.
