Ingredients for glaze

Half a cup of Brown Sugar
80ml maple syrup
80ml honey
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Instructions

Pre-heat oven 170 degrees

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl

Remove the rind from the ham then score in a
cross pattern, don't score too deep. Press a clove into each of the cross sections of the scoring.

Brush one third of the glaze over the ham. Reduce
oven heat to 100 degrees cook in the oven (or even on the weber) for an hour and half, reglazing every half an hour.
Once cooked, enjoy your delicious Christmas Ham!
